Welcome to our home. A home that houses a large family, is filled with a huge amount of love, laughter, tantrums, big emotions and LOTS of noise!

At the heart of The Maletsatsi Foundation is a little family hoping to make our table a lot longer. Our hearts’ desire is to break down fences to create temporary family for abandoned, abused, neglected and other children in need of care.

And whilst we love having a big family with lots of little humans, we’re passionate about keeping families together and will do whatever we can to be part of the solution in achieving this.

Where it’s not possible for a child to stay in their first family, we strive to create an extended family for each child. A family with deep, connected bonds and a real focus on secure attachments and optimal individual development.

However long a child is here for, they are someone’s son, daughter, brother, sister and grandchild. And we just LOVE it.
